I have just returned my email from yahoo.
I sent and email to the person who have taken my email and made all of the trouble for my friends, the email I did send returned back to me, I know the email is not any more with him, so I rush and filled all of the details and there it was with no one using it and I have returned it back. Thank you God for Your Gift. |

I found Yahoo needs a better designed department to control resolving problems like you had. Every time I contacted them they wanted info that isn't used in your area. I think if they would have customers register a mailing address and phone numbers it would be possible to reduce such problems. I can imagine to keep yahoo from being swamped with costs of mailing instructions to reset passwords there would be a need for customers to mail a self addressed envelope for yahoo to use to send such insructions to customers. The return envelope would have to be cross checked with the registered address and any phone numbers registered would require yahoo to be using caller ID on their help lines. I just hope they make solutions to problem easier for international users. The most evident problem is their help line numbers are hard to find and after finding the contact numbers they do not work from outside other countries because they are toll free only to in country callers.
Or maybe if Yahoo would set up international offices around the globe like google then problems would be easier resolved. Congradulation Rashed. |
