I think the neighbors of the frowned upon ham operator tried their hands at putting up an antenna in the below video.

Saw this video after yours my friend and it is sad :D
I believe I have seen one of the Qatar erections using a pole to make the hoisting angle higher so that the top of an antenna is raised upwards instead of causing so much strain on the mast poles. I still can't understand why the people at the base of the mast were flexing the mast instead of having more lift with them in the center of the antenna to keep the mast straight so that less side strain would be going on. They had the pull the guy ropes right just everything else was off its mark.
